Flat Plate Heat Exchanger Technology (Heat & Energy)

The sensible (heat) flat plate heat exchanger is available in two types of media. For corrosive applications, the polypropylene flat plate heat exchanger provides excellent resistance while providing a very high effectiveness value. For higher temperatures and non-corrosive environments the aluminum flat plate heat exchanger delivers the same maximum effectiveness as the polypropylene flat plate heat exchanger.

With sensible (heat) and latent (moisture) energy recovery as well as their fixed plate construction, enthalpy plate exchangers offer the best of both worlds with no moving parts.

Enthalpy Wheel Technology (Heat & Energy Recovery)

Energy recovery wheels offer the most effective air-to-air energy recovery technology. This technology can cause reductions in ventilation heating and cooling loads and operating costs by up to 80%.

The aluminum construction of the wheel offers superior sensible energy transfer and meets fire ratings required by the National Fire Protection Agency (Nth America) (NFPA-90A).

Heat Pipe Heat Exchanger Technology (Heat Recovery)

Heat Pipes with their long life expectancy, individually charged and sealed tube construction with integrally turned fins and no moving parts, are known to be the most reliable air-to-air energy recovery components.

Heat Pipes can also withstand the highest operating temperatures of all energy recovery components (upto 232°C ), making them ideal for applications with very hot exhaust air streams.
